Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS
2 32-oz boxes of chicken broth
4-6 large carrots, sliced thinly
2 onions - chopped in med sized pieces
Baby bok choy - 1 head, washed and chopped
italian parsley - handful, chopped
Broccoli Liscia - 1 bunch, chopped
Mizuna - approx 1/2 bunch, chopped
Cauliflower - approx 1/2 head, chopped
1 Lime - squeeze juice
1-2 cans diced tomatoes, or 2-3 fresh
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 whole roasted chicken (from vons/albertsons, etc) - remove skin, fat, bones, slice into bitesize pieces
2/3 cup brown rice


DIRECTIONS
Boil carrots in chicken broth, and begin adding the veggies as you go.  
Finish with chicken and rice
Let simmer for about an hour
